Integrated Management Systems are inspected annually by the KÇK (Quality Environment Board) according to the relevant regulations.
All cement types are produced and followed in accordance with the quality standards stipulated by TS EN 197-1 and has TSE Compliance and CE Certificate.Çimko provides high quality production in accordance with international standards, with high reliability and customer satisfaction due to its pruduct quality policy.
ÇİMKO Environmental Management System for effective monitoring and control in our factories, periodic measurements and controls are carried out by the Environmental Law.Critical environmental indicators are reported regularly. To keep dust emissions at minimum level and under control; all of our raw materials, additives and fuel stocks are stored in closed areas. In order to reduce the use of natural resources and fossil fuels and to minimize the negative effects of harmful wastes on the environment, Narli Factory has received Waste Incineration Environmental Permission and License Certificate in 2016. Refused derived fuel plant (RDF) was commissioned for the purpose of replacing the wastes in higher quantities; preparation, storage and allow for regular feeding.
ÇİMKO Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) processes; In compliance with Quality, Environment, Energy Management Systems, carried out in accordance with the requirements of ISO 45001 standard within the scope of OHS Law No. 6331. OHS management system is supported with training, information, supervision and improvement of the work.
ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification processes were completed in 2012. Our main goal is to reduce the energy density in production, ÇİMKO has focused on applications such as energy efficient equipment selection, process improvement studies, loss and leakage prevention and reduction of fossil fuel usage at every stage of production. Mineralized Clinker Production started in 2015 and it has been ensured that energy consumption is reduced and product quality is increased by reducing the amount of fuel consumed during clinker production.
