Aggregates

In addition to the production and sales of cement and ready-mixed concrete, which are our main fields of activity, we also produce aggregate, which affects both the quality and cost of concrete, within our own structure.

The aggregate production, which first started in Gaziantep province in 2018, continued in Kahramanmaraş and Adıyaman provinces in the following years.

Our company, which has expanded its investments in aggregate production, has completed its branching processes and currently continues its production activities with a total of 4 Limestone II-A group mining licenses and 4 crushing and screening plants in our 3 aggregate branches.

With an annual aggregate production capacity of 6,000,000 tons, Gaziantep, Kahramanmaraş and Adıyaman Branches produce aggregate classified in various sizes (0-5 mm crushed sand, 5-15 mm aggregate and 15-24 mm aggregate).

It is important for us that the aggregates we produce comply with ready-mixed concrete quality specifications. Clean production is carried out so that the methylene blue of 0-5 mm crushed sand produced in our facilities is maximum 1.00 g/kg. In addition, production is carried out in accordance with ready-mixed concrete quality specifications by working in harmony with the Ready-Mixed Concrete Unit Quality Laboratory.

Aggregate is delivered at site t in our aggregate branches, and delivery can be made with our transportation vehicles if needed.
