We take utmost care about the security of your personal data as Çimko Cement and and Concrete Industry Inc. (COMPANY). As the Company, we take all necessary precautions for the processing and preservation of all personal data belonging to all persons associated with our Company, including those benefiting from our products and services, in accordance with The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. To this end, we process your personal data as defined below in the aforesaid Law as a Responsible Data Officer, within the limits defined in the legislation below.

Your collected personal data may be processed in accordance with the basic principles defined within the scope of The Law on the Protection of Personal Data and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in articles 5 and 6, also may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, Sanko IT unit, related units of Sanko Holding, public authorities and private individuals authorized by law with same purposes in alignment with articles 8 and 9 of the aforesaid Law

- Rights of Data Holders in accordance with Article 11 of The Law on the Protection of Personal Data:

Requesting information in case of processing of personal data,
Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
If the personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request their correction and to inform the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons that require processing are eliminated, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of KVKK and other related laws,

In accordance with Article 13, paragraph 1 of The Law on the Protection of Personal Data, you are required to submit your request for the exercise of your rights in accordance with the aforesaid Law to our Company in writing. In this respect, you can fill in the form at www.cimko.com.tr and send a signed copy of the form to Akçakoyunlu Mevkii Old Gaziantep Road Narlı / Kahramanmaraş address with your identity documents personally, send it via notary public or other methods specified in The Law on the Protection of Personal Data.
According to the nature of the demand, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest. However, if the transaction requires additional costs, we will be charged the tariff set by the Board of the Protection of Personal Data.
