Adil Sani Konukoğlu was born in Gaziantep in 1961. He completed his high school education in Gaziantep in 1980 and his undergraduate degree in English at the University of Denver, USA in 1984. In 1987, he started his career at Sanko Tekstil AŞ yarn facilities. Between 1992 and 2006, he served as CFO at SANKO Holding. Since 2006, he has served as the Chairman of the School, Hospital, Cement-Concrete and Yarn-Carpet Group of SANKO Holding, and served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of SANKO Holding between 2014-2020. Since 2020, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of SANKO Holding. Adil Sani Konukoğlu currently serves as the Chairman of SANKO Holding Board of Directors, Chairman of the Assembly of Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, Chairman of the Turkish Textile Industry Assembly of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Member of the Council of Chambers of Industry of TOBB, Member of the High Council of Strategy Development of TOBB, Chairman of the Court of Arbitration of TOBB, Member of the Board of Directors of the Arbitration Center of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Entrepreneurs of Gaziantep Organized Industrial Zone, Member of the Board of Directors of Gaziantep Development Foundation, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Turkish Cement and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ÇEİS.
In the past, Konukoğlu has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Gaziantepspor Club, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sankospor Club, Founding Chairman of Gaziantep Young Business People Association, Chairman of Southeastern Anatolia Textile and Raw Materials Exporters Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gaziantep Textile Industry Employers Association, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gaziantep Chamber of Industry, Member of TOBB Arbitration Court, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of TOBB Jerusalem Arbitration Center, Member of B20 Turkey Business Leaders Forum, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gazişehir Gaziantep Football Club and Deputy Chairman of Gaziantep City Council.

After graduating from the Faculty of Business Administration at Bilkent University, Mustafa Günbulut continued his graduate studies in Finance and Accounting at the Universityof Texas. Before joining Sanko Holding, Mr. Günbulutworked as senior financial auditor with the Deloitte LLP Dallas office. He has worked in different executive roles including Head of Finance and Board of Directors' role in different subsidiaries. He is currently working as CFO for Sanko Holding Mr. Günbulut holds Certified Public Accountant License from the StateAccounting Board of Texas

Mr. Kırca graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering and received his MSc and PhD degrees from the same department. Between 1998 and 2000, Dr. Kırca pursued an academic career as a Research Assistant at METU Civil Engineering Department, and between 2000 and 2018, he worked in top management at various levels in functions such as R&D, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Ready-Mixed Concrete within Çimsa Cement, a Sabancı Group company. Dr. Kırca, who also served as Assistant General Manager in charge of Cement Sales and Marketing Function at Aşkale Cement and Akçansa Cement, has been serving as CEO of Çimko Cement and Concrete since June 2019.

Nevra Özhatay graduated from Boğaziçi University, Department of Business Administration and completed her MBA program at Exeter University in the UK. Joining Sabancı Group in 1994, Ms. Özhatay worked as Finance Specialist at Akçansa between 1994 and 1998, Strategy and Business Development Specialist between 1998 and 2000, Planning and Control Manager between 2000 and 2004, Strategy and Business Development Manager between 2004 and 2008, and was appointed as Logistics, Strategy and Business Development Director in 2008. In 2009, he started to work as Assistant General Manager of Financial Affairs at Çimsa, in 2013 he was appointed Assistant General Manager of Çimsa White Cement and Special Products, and between 2014-2018 he worked as General Manager of Çimsa. Afterwards, he worked as CFO at the Turkish Football Federation. Nevra Özhatay has been serving as Deputy General Manager of Financial Affairs and Finance at Çimko Cement since September 2022.

He graduated from Ankara University, Department of International Relations. In 1986, İlhami Koç started his career as an inspector at İşbank, a position he held until 1994. He served as Assistant Manager at İşbank's Capital Markets Department between 1994 and 1996, Department Manager at İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 1997 and 1999, Assistant General Manager between 1999 and 2001, General Manager at İş Girişim Sermayesi between 2001 and 2002, and General Manager at İş Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. between 2002 and 2013. After serving as Assistant General Manager at İşbank between 2013 and 2016, Mr. Koç joined Anadolu Sigorta in 2016 and served as General Manager at Anadolu Sigorta between 2016 and 2019. Since 2019, İlhami Koç has been working at Ernst & Young, where he served as a partner between 2019 and 2024, and as of January 2024, he has been working as a solution partner at Ernst & Young.

He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering. In 1997, Ali Pastonoğlu started his career as a field engineer and manager at Arsan Arıtma ve İnşaat A.Ş. He worked in various marketing and marketing positions at Holcim Group between 2000-2005 and was responsible for industrial cement sales between 2005-2007. Between 2007-2008, he was responsible for industrial cement sales at InterCement and between 2008-2010, he worked as the sales manager of eastern Anatolia. Between 2012-2013, he worked as construction coordinator / partner at Say A.Ş. and between 2013-2014, he worked as marketing and sales manager at VICAT. In 2014, Ali Pastonoğlu joined Nuh Cement Group and worked as marketing and sales director in 2014-2015. In 2015-2016, he worked at Votrantim Cimentos as aggregate and cement director. He served as general manager at Oyak Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. in 2017-2018 and as CEO at Oyak Cement Beton Kağıt in 2019-2023. Again between 2019 and 2023, Ali Pastonoğlu served as COO at CIMPOR Global Holdings. As of January 2024, he has been serving as CEO at Tualcom.

Bartolo Mignosa graduated with honors in Civil Engineering from the University of Catania, obtained a Master's degree in the same department, and then completed the MBA program at the Polytechnic of Milan. In addition to his positions at Telespazio S.p.A. as Head of Sales Marketing, International Business Development, Head of Special Projects at the Space Division in Rome, Chief Executive Officer in Amsterdam, he held senior management positions at Viasat S.p.A, Telecom Italia S.p.A, Tadfin/Energy Group: e-TAD Technology (e-TAD) and served on the Board of Directors. He is currently the General Manager of Cementerie Aldo Barbetti S.p.A. and a member of the General Assembly of AITEC-Italian Cement Manufacturers Association.

After graduating from Middle East Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering in 1998, Dr. Önder Kırca received his Master's and Doctorate degrees from the same department and started his academic career as a Research Assistant between 1998 and 2000. Between 2000-2018, Dr. Kırca assumed managerial responsibilities at various levels in functions such as R&D, Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Ready-Mixed Concrete within Çimsa Cement, a Sabancı Group company. Dr. Kırca, who also served as Assistant General Manager in charge of Cement Sales and Marketing Function at Aşkale Cement and Akçansa Cement, also a Sabancı Group company, has been serving as General Manager of Çimko Cement since June 2019.

Demirci completed his undergraduate degree in Geological Engineering at Middle East Technical University and worked as Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant Supervisor at LaFarge and Akçansa, and as Ready-Mixed Concrete Regional Manager at Çimsa. Demirci, who served as General Manager at Doğa Beton, lastly worked as Project Director at Akkuyu Nuclear Power Plant.
As of April 2019, he joined the Çimko family as Assistant General Manager of Çimko Cement and Concrete Ready-Mixed Concrete and has been serving as General Coordinator of Çimko Ready-Mixed Concrete since May 2023.

Ali Kipri graduated from METU Mechanical Engineering Department and completed his Master's Degree in International Business Administration at Istanbul University. He started his professional career at Akçimento in 1993 and after various positions at the Büyükçekmece Plant, he assumed the position of Assistant Plant Manager at the Büyükçekmece Plant. In 2009, he was appointed as Akçansa Ladik Plant Manager and in 2012 as Akçansa Çanakkale Plant Manager. Between 2014 and 2019, he served as Akçansa Assistant General Manager in charge of Operations. Ali Kipri, who joined the Sanko Holding Family as Technical Consultant in 2019, has been serving as Çimko Cement Technical Assistant General Manager since June 2020.

Mehmet Ülger graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Education, Department of Foreign Languages (English). In 1995, he started to work as a Spare Parts Sales Representative at Çukurova İthalat İhracat Tic. A.Ş. Adana Regional Directorate as a Spare Parts Sales Representative. He continued his career as a Domestic Market Sales Specialist at Adana Cement in 1998 and served as Import Export - Investment Incentive Implementation Specialist and Sales Supervisor, respectively. Mehmet Ülger, who started his career at Çimko Cement in 2009 after the completion of the construction of the Narlı Plant, is currently the Assistant General Manager of Domestic Sales.

Umut Zirek received his bachelor's degree in International Relations from Uludağ University and his master's degree from Illinois Institute of Technology. He first worked as Assistant to the Board of Directors at Sanko Holding, where he started working in 2005. In 2008, he started his career as International Sales Manager at Çimko Cement and continues as Assistant General Manager of Foreign Trade.

Emin Anıl Gökçedağ, who graduated from Yıldız Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering, worked as Adana-Mersin Regional Ready-Mixed Concrete Plant Supervisor, Eskişehir-Ankara Cement Regional Sales Manager, and finally as Gray Cement Marketing and Revenue Management Manager at Çimsa Cement between 2007 and 2017. In 2017, Mr. Gökçedağ started working as Marketing and Revenue Management Manager at Çimko Cement and later assumed the position of Strategy and Marketing Director. Gökçedağ is currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Supply Chain at Çimko Cement.

After his bachelor's degree in English Business Administration at Çukurova University, he completed his master's degree in Management and Organization at Çukurova University. He started his professional career in 2000 and worked in Planning and Personnel Management within the company operating at Incirlik Air Base. He continued his career as Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager, Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Manager at Akasan Adana Kağıt Sanayi A.Ş. between 2006-2014. Between 2014 and 2022, he worked as Human Resources Business Partner responsible for Adana and Karaman factories within Mondi Group. Mutlu Canatar, who joined the Çimko family as of January 2023, serves as Human Resources Manager at Çimko Cement
